It has been quite a long process and a really positive experience. I think back to my nice neutral flat, which my friends thought was great, but for me it didn't quite have the look I thought it could have.
My thoughts and feelings about what I wanted were very unclear but I knew I wanted something bright and a look that would be colourful but also warm and cosy during the winter.
Katherine, Helen and Lauren spent a lot of time trying to interpret my unfocussed thoughts and were very patient with my unformed vision. Sitting here now in the finished flat I am stunned at the overall sense of colour. In particular, the impact of the orange, turquoise and aubergine/purple on the living room/kitchen.

I never thought that one day I would have my own interior designer for a small project of renovating the hall.
Katherine was the perfect choice for this project meeting my husband and I on several occasions to help us choose the colour scheme and to discuss ideas for both the lighting and flooring. Since we rarely agree on colours, that was no mean feat.
That was 3 years ago and the end result still gives me pleasure as I enter the house. There are a surprising number of shades, six in total, subtly different and very calming, giving a warm fresh welcome without being over powering.
